Annie is a dedicated Spanish educator with 17 years of experience teaching middle and high school students. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and later completed a Master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics at the University of New Mexico.

Annie’s connection to Spanish extends well beyond the classroom. She studied and lived in Costa Rica and Argentina, where she developed fluency through full language immersion and gained a deep appreciation for cultural context, authentic communication, and real-world language use.

Students and families describe Annie as patient, kind, and fun, while also being hardworking and deeply committed to student growth. She believes language learning should be engaging, meaningful, and confidence-building.
