Greta's journey in mathematics began at Sewanee: The University of the South, where she earned a B.S. in Mathematics. During her time there, she spent three years as a departmental tutor, supporting students in Calculus I, II, and III.

After graduating, Greta worked as an Environmental Science Educator at the McDowell Environmental Center in Nauvoo, Alabama, leading hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences for students. She then moved to Jackson, Wyoming, to join Teton Science Schools as a Field Instructor. Since arriving in Jackson Hole, Greta has brought a hands-on, experiential approach to both science and math education.

She is excited to share her love for math with the students of Jackson Hole!
